Through conversation, observation, and community engagement, the Collective aims to provide realistic exposure to behind-the-scenes careers such as title, closing, operations, compliance, and administrative support. These roles offer meaningful entry-level and professional pathways for students from a variety of academic backgrounds and skill sets.
Our goal is to help students better understand how their interests and education can translate into real-world careers, while supporting schools and community partners in bridging the gap between classroom learning and professional practice.
